Quotes issued through this website are valid until the date shown on the quote. Prices may change if a quote has expired or if you request changes to the scope of work.

• Solar & Water Tanks (supply & fit):where a quote includes J7's labour to install, a 70% deposit is required to confirm your order, with the balance due on completion, and goods/materials remain the property of J7 until paid in full. A quote for equipment only, with no installation, is paid in full up front.
• Stationery: full payment is required before delivery or collection.
• Payments made through this website are processed securely by WalletDoc.

Installed products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty where applicable. If you have a concern about workmanship, please contact us promptly so we can address it.

To the extent permitted by law, J7 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
