Delivery & Returns Policy

Where a quote includes J7's labour to install solar or water tank equipment, a 70% deposit is required to confirm and begin the job, with the remaining balance due on completion. A quote for materials/equipment only, with no installation, is paid in full up front instead.

Ownership of all goods and materials remains with J7 Pty Ltd until the full amount has been paid. Delivery and installation dates are scheduled once your deposit has been received and confirmed.

Stationery orders must be paid in fullbefore delivery or collection — we don't offer a deposit or credit option for these orders.

Returns and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To qualify for consideration, items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

To request a return, contact us at admin@j-seven.co.za or +27 79 895 1946 with your order or quote reference. We'll review your request and let you know the outcome — a refund, exchange, or store credit — at our discretion.

This policy doesn't affect any statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act.
